House Hunting can be FUN!!! When I met Carolyn and Gary, it was my second opportunity to deal with Sutton Realty Representatives. When I had purchased my first house, I had used Sutton in a different City. My experience was so pleasing I decided to go with Sutton again. In browsing the MLS listings on my own, I found Gary and Carolyn Martyn. They looked friendly, so I picked up the phone. My experience with Carolyn (who I ended up working mostly with) was fantastic. She worked her schedule around mine, fitting appointments in on my days off, and early mornings before I had to work. On occasion Gary joined in to help when Carolyn was busy. As a non-driver they made the effort to pick me up and show me many properties within my specifics and price range, never making it feel like this was beyond their duties. When I thought I had found "the house", after an inspection I had hesitations. Neither Carolyn or Gary made me feel like I had to close this deal. I decided to continue looking and shortly afterwards found "my house!". Carolyn and Gary took the time to help me understand the terminology of different aspects in the many forms needing signing. They helped me find a Mortgage Broker. They never made me feel like I was being rushed or hurried to make my choice. I enjoyed my experience with these 2 people immensely. They are kind, compassionate, understanding, professional yet NOT pushy as Agents. I would recommend them to anyone looking for that "Special Team" ready to help you find your next dream home!

My Wife and I were very pleased with the service provided by Gary and Carolyn Martyn. We purchased our first home in Canada in July, 2004 having previously lived in the UK. The whole house-buying process was different from what we were used to, but Carolyn and Gary took the time to give us both guidance and advice. We had looked at a large number of homes before deciding on the right one, and Gary and Carolyn showed us around each one as enthusiastically as the one before! The thing I appreciated most was their honesty and integrity. They really seemed to have our best interests at heart - rather than focussing on their own interests - to get the sale done as quickly as possible.
